30-Day Replacement Guarantee + 1-Year Limited Warranty
Each device sold by Gadgetry City undergoes a thorough diagnostic test to ensure full functionality. This process includes checking all major components and features to verify that the device meets our high standards of quality and performance. Because of this rigorous testing, every device now comes with a:
30-Day Replacement Guarantee (Day 1–30)
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect within the first 30 days after receiving the product, your device will be:
- Repaired at no cost, or
- Replaced with a similar model if non-repairable, or
- Issued a store credit (no cash refunds)
Replacement parts used shall be, at our absolute discretion, new, original, or high-quality factory-spec compatible parts.
1-Year Limited Warranty (Day 31–365)
After the first 30 days, your device is protected by a 1-year limited warranty that covers both parts and labor for any verified manufacturing defect that affects the normal functionality of the device and is not caused by damage or misuse.
Examples of covered factory defects:
- Camera malfunction (no signs of drop/water)
- Speaker/microphone failure
- Display/touch malfunction (not cracked)
- Charging port issues caused by factory defect
- Face ID/TrueDepth malfunction (no damage)
- Logic board failure (no corrosion or impact marks)
- Buttons or sensor issues (not physically damaged)
Warranty Limit:
Each device is entitled to ONE (1) approved warranty claim within the 1-year period.
If the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect, a repair quote will be provided.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Cracked screen or back glass
- Water or liquid damage
- Bent frame, pressure damage, or impact marks
- Unauthorized repairs or broken warranty seals
- Battery wear due to normal usage
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, fading, dust under camera glass)
- Software issues from third-party apps or malware
- Jailbreaking, rooting, or software modifications
- Loss or theft
- Damage from unsupported chargers or accessories
Warranty Claim Process
- Initiate a Claim:
Email hello@gadgetrycity.com within the warranty period and include:
- Order Number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photo/video of the issue
- Short description of the problem
- Assessment:
Gadgetry City will assess the device to determine if the issue is covered. Some cases may require sending the device for physical evaluation.
Before sending the device:
- Erase all personal data
- Remove Apple ID / Google Account / passcodes
- Backup your data
- Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit:
If the defect is verified:
- Gadgetry City will repair it free of charge (parts + labor), or
- Replace it with a similar model if non-repairable, or
- Issue store credit (shipping fees non-refundable)
If NOT covered:
A repair/replacement quote will be provided.
- Repair Timeline:
Repairs may take 15–20 working days depending on severity and parts availability.
Shipping Instructions:
- Customers initially shoulder the return shipping cost.
- Device must be packed securely in its original box.
- If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Gadgetry City will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Limitation of Liability:
Gadgetry City’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective device, or the issuance of store credit. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
