If a device develops a verified warranty-covered defect during the applicable warranty period, Gadgetry City will:
- Repair the device whenever possible.
- If the device cannot be repaired, provide a replacement unit of similar model and condition, subject to availability.
- If a replacement unit is unavailable, provide store credit equivalent to the original purchase price of the device.
Store credit applies only to the value of the device and excludes shipping fees, COD fees, financing fees, transaction fees, and other third-party service charges.
Cash refunds are not provided.
