BillEase is a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service that allows you to split your purchase into manageable monthly installments. The duration of the installments can vary from 3 to 12 months.
We currently do not offer same-day delivery. However, we process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Expected Delivery Duration:
- Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
- Greater Metropolitan Area: 3-5 business days
- Luzon: 5-7 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 7-10 business days
Every device comes with a free 1-month warranty, which is provided under the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or experience issues, failures, or malfunctions directly attributable to manufacturing errors within 30 days after receiving the item, your device will be repaired or replaced (if it’s non-repairable) at no cost, or you’ll receive a store credit.
Additionally, you can purchase optional Gadget Protection to cover accidental and liquid damage.
Not Covered Under Warranty: Physical and accidental damage, misuse or abuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, software issues from third-party apps or malware, loss or theft, any water or liquid damage, modifications like jailbreaking or rooting that void the warranty due to security risks, and if the warranty seal is broken.
Every device purchased on Gadgetry City comes with a 1-month warranty that protects your device from manufacturing defects, electrical, & mechanical failures. Gadget Protection is an optional service which protects your device from accidental damage for up to 12 months after you received your order.

Every device sold on our platform comes with a QR code that you can scan to access its cloud-based Device History Report. This report includes details such as whether the device has been reported lost or stolen, any repair history, and verification of its authenticity.
All our Certified Pre-Owned devices have a battery health of 80%-100%.
