Premium Protection + Screen Saver Perk
Gadgetry Care+ is an optional protection upgrade that customers can purchase with any device. It provides long‑term peace of mind through accidental screen protection while offering instant value with free accessories and installation.
What Gadgetry Care+ Includes
- One-Time Accidental Screen Replacement
If the screen cracks or breaks due to accidental damage within 12 months, the customer pays only:
→ 10% of the device’s current SRP
The remaining cost of the screen replacement is covered by Gadgetry City.
Example:
Device SRP ₱14,999 → customer pays ₱1,499 only.

Every Care+ add‑on includes:
- FREE tempered glass
- FREE tempered glass installation
- FREE protective case
This perk reduces accidental screen damage risk and gives full starter protection from day one.
Coverage – What Counts as Accidental Screen Damage
Care+ protects customers from screen damage caused by:
- Drops
- Impacts
- Pressure damage
- Cracks and breakage
- Touchscreen issues caused by breakage
Not Covered by Gadgetry Care+
Care+ does NOT cover:
- Back glass damage
- Bent or warped frame
- Liquid or water damage
- Internal motherboard damage
- Unauthorized repairs or broken warranty seal
- Cosmetic scratches without cracking
- Loss, theft, or intentional damage
- IMEI mismatch or tampered parts
If the device has water damage or a bent frame, the Care+ claim cannot be used.
Gadgetry Care+ Claim Process
- Email hello@gadgetrycity.com
- Provide:
– Order Number
– IMEI
– Proof of Purchase
– Clear photo/video of cracked screen
- Eligibility assessment by Gadgetry City
- Customer pays 10% of current SRP
- Screen replacement is completed within 5–10 working days (depending on parts availability)
Coverage Duration
- Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- ONE (1) accidental screen replacement claim
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
