ABOUT GADGETRY CITY
Gadgetry City specializes in Certified Pre-Owned smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. Every device undergoes a quality inspection and functionality testing process before being offered for sale.
PRODUCT CONDITION
As Certified Pre-Owned devices, products may show signs of normal use, including:
• Minor scratches or dents
• Cosmetic wear
• Small white spots on the display
• Minor LCD shadows
• Light image retention or burn-in
• Minor discoloration
These conditions do not affect normal functionality and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, photos, and condition disclosures before purchasing.
BATTERY HEALTH
Battery health varies between devices.
Battery health information disclosed at the time of sale is considered accepted by the customer upon purchase.
Battery degradation resulting from normal usage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.
Gadgetry City reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or technical issues.

All payments are subject to verification and approval.
INSTALLMENT FINANCING
Gadgetry City partners with BillEase, GGives, and Skyro to provide flexible installment options.
Available promotions, interest rates, down payment requirements, approval decisions, and repayment terms are determined solely by the financing provider.
Gadgetry City does not guarantee financing approval.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accommodated.
Cash on Delivery reservation fees are non-refundable.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Every Certified Pre-Owned device is backed by warranty coverage against verified manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage:
• General Functions – 1 Year
• Camera – 3 Months
• Battery – 3 Months
• LCD / Display Functional Defects – 1 Month

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered under warranty:
• Physical or accidental damage
• Cracked screens or back glass
• Liquid or water damage
• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic wear
• White spots disclosed at purchase
• LCD shadows disclosed at purchase
• Image retention or burn-in disclosed at purchase
• Battery degradation due to normal usage
• Software issues caused by third-party applications
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Loss or theft
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
• Original proof of purchase
• Device IMEI number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos when requested
All devices are subject to assessment before warranty approval.
Gadgetry City may repair, replace, or provide store credit for approved claims at its discretion.
- RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND STORE CREDIT
Due to the nature of Certified Pre-Owned devices, all sales are final.
Gadgetry City does not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Cosmetic preferences
• Conditions disclosed before purchase
• Financing application outcomes
• Delayed deliveries caused by couriers
If a verified warranty-covered defect is confirmed, Gadgetry City will:
• Repair the device whenever possible
• Replace the device with a similar model and condition if repair is not feasible
• Provide store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the device if a replacement unit is unavailable
Store credit applies only to the value of the purchased device and excludes:
• Shipping fees
• Cash on Delivery (COD) fees
• Financing fees and charges
• Transaction fees
• Other third-party service charges
Cash refunds shall not be issued.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection, diagnosis, and approval by Gadgetry City.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gadgetry City’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit value of the purchased device.
Gadgetry City shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the device.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing product descriptions before purchase
• Backing up personal data
• Removing personal accounts and passcodes before warranty claims
• Properly caring for and maintaining their devices
PRIVACY
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for order processing, customer support, warranty services, and legal compliance.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Gadgetry City reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions.
