1-Month Warranty

Each device sold by Gadgetry City undergoes a thorough diagnostic test to ensure full functionality. This process includes checking all major components and features to verify that the device meets our high standards of quality and performance. That’s why every device comes with a free 1-month warranty, which is provided under the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or experience issues, failures, or malfunctions directly attributable to manufacturing errors, your device will be repaired or replaced (if it’s non-repairable) at no cost, or you’ll receive a store credit. Please note that any replacement parts, shall at our absolute discretion, be new, original or non-original manufacturer’s parts that conform to factory specifications.

Not Covered Under Warranty: Physical and accidental damage, misuse or abuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, software issues from third-party apps or malware, loss or theft, any water or liquid damage, modifications like jailbreaking or rooting that void the warranty due to security risks, and if the warranty seal is broken.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Initiate a Claim:
    • Contact Gadgetry City customer support within the warranty period, which is 30 days after you received the product, to report a defect.
    • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
    • Send an email to hello@gadgetrycity.com with the following details:
      • Order Number: Include the order number from your confirmation email.
      • Photo of Defective Item: Attach a clear photo showing the defect, if applicable.
      • Description of the Issue: Provide a brief description of the problem you’re experiencing with the product.
  2. Assessment:
    • Gadgetry City will assess the device to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
    • This may require the customer to send the device back for evaluation.
    • Before returning a device, please ensure all personal data, including linked accounts and sensitive information, is securely erased. This includes but is not limited to Apple IDs, Google Accounts, PIN codes, and parental controls. We strongly recommend backing up your data before erasing it. Failure to reset the device may result in additional charges for unlocking and resetting.
  3. Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit:
    • If the defect is covered, Gadgetry City will repair the device or replace it with a similar model, or issue a store credit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit.
    • If the defect is not covered, Gadgetry City will provide a repair or replacement quote.
  4. Repair Process:

    Depending on the severity and the required parts for the phone, repairs may take longer than the typical 15-20 working days.

  5. Shipping Instructions:
    • Customers will receive detailed instructions for returning the device for warranty assessment.
    • Customers are initially responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The device must be packed properly and should be inside its original box. In the case of defective products, Gadgetry City will refund the return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Gadgetry City’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective device.
  • Gadgetry City is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the device.
